MGTS 供应商行为准则
MGTS wishes to confirm its commitment to providing a good working environment for its employees and ensure that companies that work with MGTS can apply the same standards for their emp ovees. To this end, MGTS has laid out the following requirements for all suppliers.
MGTS 许诺为员工提供良好的工作环境并目确保与MGTS 合作的公司也有能力为员工提供相同的标准。在此,MGTS 为所有供应商列出如下要求:
1.Child Labor 童工
The company shall not engage in or support the use of child labor under the age of 16 as required by Chinese aw The company shal not expose children or youna workers to situations in or outside of the workplace that are hazardous, unsafe,unhealthy or likely to jeopardize their morals.
公司不应使用或支持使用中国劳动法规定的16 岁以下的童工,无论工作地点内外,公司不得将儿童或青少年工人置于危险、不安全、不健康或可能危害其道德精神的环境中。
2.Forced Labor 强迫性劳动
The company shall not engage in or support the use of forced labor nor shall personne be required to lodge'deposits’or identity papers upon commencing employment with the company.
公司不应使用成支持使用尾迫性劳动,不能向员下收取押金或者一经录用就扣留身份证件
3. Health and Safety 健康与安全
The company, bearing in mind the prevailing knowledge of the industry and of any specific hazards, shall provide a safe and healthy working environment and shall take adequate steps to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, associated with or occurring during work, by minimizing, so far as is reasonably practicable, the causes of hazards inherent in the working environment
公司出于对普遍行业危险和任何具体危险的了解,应提供一个安全、健康的工作环境,并应采取必要的措施,在可能条件下最大限度地降低工作环境中的危害隐患,以避免在工作中或由于工作发生或与工作有关的事故对健康的危害。
4. Wages 报酬
Give workers wades which satisfy their basic needs and those of the members of their family who are directly dependent on them, including food, clothing and housing. These wages must, at least, correspond to the minimum wage fixed by the legislation of the country.
公司应保证在一标准工作周内所付工资总能至少达到法定最低工资标准并满足员工以及员工近亲的基本需要(包括食品、衣服和住宿费用)。
5.Discrimination 歧视
All conditions of emnlovment must he hased on an individua’s ability to do the job not on the basis of personal characteristics or beliefs.
雇用条件应以个人工作能力为基础,而不是个人的特性或信仰。
6.Working hours 工作时间
Guarantee the workers reasonable working hours ensuring their health, their safety and their moral integrity.
保证工人合理的工作时间来确保他们的健康,安全和道德正直。
7.Collective bargaining 集体谈判
Ensure workers have the right to be presented by organizations to carry out collective bargaining.
公司应尊重所有员工自由组建和参加工会以及集体谈判之权利
MGTS will arrange for regular audits based on these principles and will continue to communicate with all its suppliers to improve conditions for their employees
根据这些原则,MGTS 将安排定期的审核,并且将持续跟其供应商沟通来提高对员工的条件。
